Loot To Forge bosses list: Desert Reaper 500M, Pirate King, Grim Reapers, Count Dracula at 9 Sx HP, plus the four fight rules that keep you alive.
Loot To Forge Bosses: Every Boss, Monster Pack and HP Reading
Loot To Forge bosses are only half-documented, because Good Bro Studio ships no patch notes, no stage table and no HP list. Everything below is a community reading off a banner or a health bar, and it is graded as such. What the trackers do agree on is the shape of the ladder. Jackal Zombies hold Stage 7, the single least disputed fact on this page with four independent source families on it. Pharaoh Zombies guard the Desert Reaper at roughly 500,000,000 HP behind a 26M Power banner. Hook Skeletons run the pirate-adjacent stretch, Grim Reapers own stages 24 through 26, and Count Dracula closes the game at about 9 Sx HP, with two separate video readings of 8.755 Sx and 9.015 Sx. The Pirate King is the one row where two incompatible numbering systems disagree outright.
- The 500M boss is the Desert Reaper, standing with Pharaoh Zombies. Stage 8 in four source families, Stage 7 in one. The HP and the banner are not in dispute, only the index.
- Bosses keep the damage you already dealt. They never heal back to full between attempts, so a failed run is progress, not a reset.
- You can retreat exactly one stage and top off on weak mobs. Two stages back does nothing.
- No source describes boss phases at all. No multi-stage conversions, no enrage, no named skills. Every boss guide you will read is the same generic loop.
Official source: +1 Loot To Forge on Roblox by Good Bro Studio, universe 10684750879. The public Roblox game API returns the title, the creator and the update timestamp and nothing whatsoever about stages, mobs or bosses, which is why every figure here is graded rather than asserted.
The full boss and monster pairing, stage by stage
Suffixes on the in-game banners are short scale: K thousand, M million, B billion, T trillion, Qa quadrillion, Qi quintillion, Sx sextillion. A 9 Sx health bar is 9 sextillion, which is the reason the final fight reads as a number nobody can sanity-check.

Jackal Zombies are the cleanest row in the table. Four unrelated trackers put that mob pack on Stage 7, and five readings across four families give the same six-ore drop list. No source ever names a boss behind it, and it is consistently described as the best early farming stage rather than a progress gate, which is the opposite of what a boss room should be.
Why the Desert Reaper has two stage numbers
The room itself has no dispute at all: 500,000,000 HP, a 26M recommended Power banner, Pharaoh Zombies as the mob pack. Two independent families attach that 26M banner to this specific fight, which is the anchor that makes the rest comparable. The only thing they split on is the index: four independent families write Stage 8, while one family writes Stage 7 and, tellingly, never names the 500M boss at all, calling it only the 500M HP boss.
Use Stage 8, and use the banner as your real check. If the fight in front of you asks for 26M and the room is full of Pharaoh Zombies, you are in the right place no matter which index a site prefers. The deeper breakdown lives in the Desert Reaper page.
The Stage 7 versus Stage 8 split is a one-stage offset inside the same family of tables, and the Skeleton Soldiers row inherits it. The Pirate King split is not an offset: 11 to 12 against 20 is two different indexing systems covering the same ladder, and they cannot be mixed. Never take a stage number from one table and a monster list from the other.
The four rules that actually keep you alive
The HP numbers are the least useful part of this page. Four mechanics carry every boss attempt, and each one is stated the same way by more than one source family.
- The four-hit rule for normal mobs. If four hits do not kill a regular mob, walk back and upgrade. Efficiency starts dropping at three hits, and five hits means retreat immediately. Three independent families phrase it identically, and all three call it a community benchmark rather than a formula.
- Shift Lock circle-strafing. Hold Shift Lock and run circles around the target. It slips cone and line attacks while you keep swinging, and it is the technique every source reaches for first when a boss lands. Auto-targeting is disabled inside the Frostbound Tower, which two independent families confirm; Shift Lock itself is reported as disabled in there too, though that one rests on a single creator video and stays community-observed.
- The grey buffer corridor. Stages are joined by neutral grey hallways, and neither terrain mobs nor bosses can cross the boundary. Stepping into the corridor ends the fight. That is the disengage button, and it is the reason you can leave a losing boss room without dying in it.
- Bosses keep their damage, and you get one stage of retreat. Boss HP persists across attempts, and you may step back exactly one stage, kill the weak mobs there and refill. Going back two stages does nothing. Both halves come from two independent families, and it is the single most useful thing to know before a first boss attempt.

Shift Lock costs nothing, needs no ore and no level, and it is the difference between a clean attempt and a corpse. A Goblin race adds move speed on top of it, which suits a kiting loop, and a 3-star Yeti carries Defence plus 18% and Luck plus 20% if you would rather trade movement for staying power. Both are community-observed race values, covered in race buffs.
The two power walls the bosses sit behind
These multipliers are the trackers' own arithmetic on banner readings, not an in-game read, so treat them as community-observed and expect them to move with updates.
| Wall | Jump | What sits behind it |
|---|---|---|
| Stage 6 to 7 | 330K to 26M, about 78.8x | Jackal Zombies and the 500M boss fight |
| Stage 11 to 12 | 9B to 800B, about 88.9x | Hook Skeletons and the pirate band |
| Stage 13 to 24 | 1T to 5Qi across a gap with no recorded banners | Grim Reapers, Ghosts and Count Dracula |
Stages 1, 9, 14 through 16, 18 and 19, 21 through 23, 25, 26 and the final stage have no reliable Power figure at all. Every source leaves those cells blank rather than interpolating, and so does this page. The curve is not a smooth climb but three walls, and each boss room is sited just past one of them.
The lever that moves you across a wall is Rebirth, which resets Power and keeps your weapons, armor, ores and Index progress. The rebirth guide covers what survives, and the training zones cover rebuilding Power afterward. When a wall is not about damage at all, the answer is armor instead: multiple sources warn that Hook Skeletons can drop an unarmored character in a single hit, so the armor forging route matters more there than any weapon reroll.
Boss Invasion Season, the one officially announced boss event
Everything else on this page is community reading. One thing is not. The Roblox events API for this universe returns a season event titled Boss Invasion Season, running October 3 to October 17, 2026, categorised as a new season, with the description The boss will invade the continent, all players unite, plus new boss-exclusive gear sets and high-value mysterious rewards.
Official source: Roblox virtual events API for universe 10684750879 returns the event title, its start and end timestamps, and that description verbatim. It is also the only official surface that has ever mentioned bosses, because Good Bro Studio posts no changelog anywhere else.
The roster, the HP and the rewards are not published. What is published is the window, and the phrase all players, which points at a server-wide event rather than a stage boss behind a banner.
One more thing before a first attempt: dying drops every ore you have not yet carried back, and health refills when you clear a stage. The official developer product list includes Recover Lost Ores at 3 Robux, the cheapest insurance in the game.
FAQ
Is the Desert Reaper on Stage 7 or Stage 8? Both numbers exist in circulation. Four independent source families put the Pharaoh Zombies and Desert Reaper room on Stage 8, one family indexes it as Stage 7. The 500M HP and the 26M banner are agreed by everyone, so trust the banner in front of you over the index in a guide.
Where is the Pirate King? One numbering places the Pirate Boss, Gunner mobs and Pirate King at stages 11 to 12, and the other places a Pirate King at stage 20 alongside a late-game raid boss with multi-QA HP. The two systems are roughly nine stages apart and are not interchangeable, so do not plan a route that mixes them.
Do bosses heal back to full when I leave the room? No. Bosses keep the damage you have already dealt, and the boss will not chase you out of its room. That is what makes repeated attempts worth running.
Can I heal during a boss fight? Not inside the room. You disengage into the grey corridor between stages, then step back exactly one stage and kill weak mobs to refill. Retreating two stages does nothing, and killing a low-stage mob drains life to top you up.
Is Count Dracula really the last boss? As of September 28, 2026, yes, and two independent source families name it. The game is still growing fast, though: the ladder ran to Stage 22 on September 23 and to at least 26 by September 25, and one tracker numbers the final stage 27. The 9 Sx figure comes from two video readings, 8.755 Sx and 9.015 Sx, and it will move.
Which stage should I farm instead of fighting? Stage 7 with the Jackal Zombies. It is described across sources as the best early and mid farming stage, and the rule the trackers agree on is to farm the deepest stage you can clear cleanly, not the deepest stage you can survive in.
