Loot To Forge enhance runs +0 to +6 at 5 to 100 Ember Stones a step. The success table, why failure drops a level at +6, and what a Protection Scroll saves.
Loot To Forge Enhance: The Full +0 To +6 Table And What Failure Costs
The first step of Loot To Forge enhance costs 5 Ember Stones and 200 Coins at a 100% success rate, and the sixth costs 100 Ember Stones and 32,000 Coins at 40%. Success slides from 100% to 40% across those six steps, and the number nobody warns you about is the seventh: a failed enhance drops the item one full level once it sits at +6 or above. No source has published the cost of the +6 to +7 and +7 to +8 steps, any success rate past +7, or the level cap.
- The curve does not bend until +5 to +6: 100 stones, 32,000 Coins, 40%. That one step is 58% of the stones and 68% of the Coins for a whole +0 to +6 run.
- Failure below +6 only burns materials. At +6 and above it burns the level too, under an in-game line that reads Enhance level six plus failure will lower the level.
- A Protection Scroll saves the level, not the roll. It does not turn a 33% into a 100%.
- 33% is the confirmed +6 to +7 rate, 25% the single-source +7 to +8 rate. Above +8, every number online is a guess.
- The Enhance update landed September 26, 2026, and the quest line paying free stones ends October 2, 2026.
Creators say enchant when they mean enhance, and the two share no menu, no currency and no rule. Enhance is the plus-level ladder fed by Ember Stones and Coins at the one station in the middle of the hub. Enchant is the rune socket: Coins only, two slots per piece, runes dropped by the Frostbound Tower. One rollout video says it best while meaning both at once, that you can now enchant weapons and armor not by socketing runes but by improving their stats.
A second trap sits one word away. Amber is one of the 48 ores, drops around stage 12 and sells for about 3.53K Coins. Ember Stone is the enhance material and it goes into the station, never into a forge slot. Captions write both as amber stone, so read the tooltip, not the subtitle.

The Full +0 To +6 Table
One station, hub center, and it takes weapons, helmets and chest armor alike. It prints the next level's success rate and its Ember Stone plus Coins cost before you commit, so nothing here is guesswork at the counter.
| Step | Ember Stones | Coins | Success | Failure effect |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| +0 to +1 | 5 | 200 | 100% | Cannot fail |
| +1 to +2 | 10 | 1,000 | 100% | Cannot fail |
| +2 to +3 | 20 | 3,000 | 85% | Materials gone, level held |
| +3 to +4 | 40 | 7,000 | 75% | Materials gone, level held |
| +4 to +5 | 60 | 15,000 | 65% | Materials gone, level held |
| +5 to +6 | 100 | 32,000 | 40% | Materials gone, level held |
| +6 to +7 | Not published | Not published | 33% | Level drops to +6 |
| +7 to +8 | Not published | Not published | 25% | Level drops to +6 |
| +8 and above | Not published | Not published | Not published | Level drops, same rule |
Every Ember Stone figure in the first six rows is community-observed, read off one creator's enhance panel on September 26, 2026, and it may change with game updates. The low end is cross-checked: another creator said two cheapest Katanas enhanced to +2 cost 30 stones, and 5 plus 10 for two Katanas is exactly 30. The Coin figures have no second source at all, which makes that column the weakest thing on this page.
The +6 to +7 rate is the strongest number here because two unrelated source chains produced it: a creator reading the screen aloud at the 7:29 mark of their video, and two separate written guides published the next day, both quoting around 33% for a level 7 enhancement. The +7 to +8 rate of 25% has one source, a Thai-language creator whose camera caught the drop live.

What Failure Actually Does
Three independent sources agree on the rule, and the clearest is the game text itself, read aloud at the 9:21 mark of a walkthrough: Enhance level six plus failure will lower the level. Two written guides restate it as a level loss starting from enhancement level 6 and above, and a third creator caught a level actually dropping on camera at the +7 step.
| Where the item sits | Failure outcome |
|---|---|
| +1 through +5 | Lose the Ember Stones and Coins, keep the level |
| +6 and above | Lose the materials and drop one level |
| +6 and above, with a Protection Scroll | Lose the materials, keep the level |
One creator introduces the scroll as a guaranteed success, then demonstrates it on camera, watches the enhance fail, and corrects himself on the spot. The written guides get it right: a Protection Scroll prevents the level loss when the enhancement fails. At +6 to +7 you are still rolling a 33%. The scroll means a miss is an expensive retry instead of a disaster.

One caveat on the rule. Level six plus can be read two ways: the +6 band and above, or the attempt that pushes an item to +6. The written guides take the first reading and this page follows them, which is why a +5 item counts as a safe floor. Nobody has run the in-game test that would settle it, and if the second reading is correct then +5 to +6 is a cliff too. That ambiguity is the weakest joint under every number in the next section.
Above +6: Three Numbers And A Cliff
The multipliers below are arithmetic on the published rates, not an in-game measurement. They assume +6 to +7 is 33%, +7 to +8 is 25%, that an item at +6 or above drops on failure, and that materials are consumed either way. Change the +5 to +6 reading and the whole table changes with it.
| Target | Attempts with the drop rule | Attempts if failure were free | Cost multiple |
|---|---|---|---|
| +5 to +7 | 10.61 | 3.03 | 3.5x |
| +5 to +8 | 38.92 | 7.03 | 5.5x |
A 300,000-run simulation of that model lands on 38.89 attempts against the 38.92 closed-form answer, so it is at least internally consistent. Pushing a +5 item to +8 costs about 39 attempts. Since the stone price above +6 was never captured, the honest output is a sensitivity table, not a number: 3,892 stones at 100 per attempt, 7,784 at 200, 15,568 at 400, 31,136 at 800, 62,272 at 1,600. The 100 row is anchored by the published +5 to +6 cost. The 400 row is one recorded high-level attempt and is the upper bound, not a typical price. Against the best free rate anyone has recorded, about 200 Ember Stones per minute in the Frostbound Tower, the 400 row is roughly 78 minutes of tower time for three levels.
The same arithmetic explains why +6 feels like a wall from the other side. A full +0 to +6 costs about 434 Ember Stones and 117,140 Coins across 8.55 attempts on average, and the +5 to +6 step alone eats 250 of those stones and 80,000 of those Coins.
Feeding The Station
Ember Stones come from four places, and only one is a purchase. Rates are community-observed single-run readings, so read them as a shape rather than a guarantee.
| Source | Rate | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Frostbound Tower | About 200 per minute in one recorded run; 43 in one round, 162 in another | One video, but four sources agree the tower is the main source |
| Dungeon enemies | About 2,400 overnight on stage 6 | One video, the fastest realistic free farm |
| Enhance quests | 15 stones at 5 enhances, 40 at 10, then 100 at 20 and 200 at 30 | First two tiers confirmed by two sources, the top two by one, and the 30 tier conflicts with the Prismatic Stone claim |
| Code 50000CCU | 50 stones | The code itself is printed in the official game description |
The tower needs a Tower Ticket per run and unlocks on the second rebirth, so it is not a day-one resource. The quest line is the one to burn early, and the fastest way is the most practical trick in the system: forge two of the cheapest Katanas, enhance each only to +2, and stop. That is 5 plus 10 stones, 30 for four enhances, and every attempt counts toward quest progress. Nothing is wasted because nothing is at risk down there. Two videos and one written guide give the same advice and the arithmetic matches all three.
The quest counts enhances, not successes, and low levels cannot drop. Two cheap Katanas pushed to +2 and abandoned give four quest ticks for 30 stones. Save the real weapon for after the event closes on October 2, 2026.
The update also added a Prismatic Stone. You get 10 of them after 30 total enhances, the tooltip calls it a rare enhancement material, and three separate sources agree nobody has found a use. This page will not invent one.
Official source: Roblox developer products for universe 10684750879 — Enhance Pack 1 through 4 are 99, 499, 1,299 and 2,999 Robux, and Skip Enhance Event Quest is 199 Robux. Every one of those product descriptions is an empty string in the API, so the stone count inside each pack is not computable.
What A Level Buys You
Two numbers get quoted for the same thing and mixing them up is how people convince themselves a level is worthless. One creator read the damage side at the 7:23 mark: about 5% of base damage per level up to +5, with +6 adding another 15%. Another read the equipment panel, where the same weapon went from 231% to 242% Power, 11 percentage points. Those are not contradictory, they are different units. A panel percentage is an absolute stat, a damage percentage is relative to base, and one cannot be converted into the other. Everything past +7 is uncaptured, and per-level gains there are blank.
Observed Power after the fact, as rough scale only, is 731M on a +7 weapon and 1.29B on a +8 weapon. Both are single captures and both move with rebirth count, race and training zone. The level cap is unconfirmed too: +10 exists on four separate recordings and the station still offers a next level there, and that is the entire state of the evidence.
Enhancing a helmet or chest piece follows the same ladder and the same failure rule, only the stat it feeds is different. The crafting side of that is a different station, and armor forging has its own ore thresholds and its own disputed Heavy Armor cutoffs.
FAQ
What is the maximum enhance level? Nobody knows. +10 has been seen on four recordings and the interface still offers a next level there, but no source gives a number. Do not plan around a cap.
Does a failed enhance destroy the item? No. Below +6 a failure eats the Ember Stones and the Coins and leaves the level alone. At +6 and above it costs one level as well, and that is the only place an item goes backwards.
Does a Protection Scroll guarantee success? No, and this is the most repeated error in the coverage. A scroll stops the level loss on a failed attempt. The success rate stays where the screen put it, so a 33% step is still a 33% step.
Where do Protection Scrolls come from? The only documented source is the Robux Enhance Pack, at 99, 499, 1,299 or 2,999 Robux. One creator says the quests will not give them, but that is a single report, and the pack descriptions are blank in the official store API, so scroll counts inside the packs are unknown. The 6 game passes in this game do not touch enhance at all.
How many Ember Stones does a +0 to +6 run take? About 434 stones and 117,140 Coins across 8.55 attempts on average, assuming materials are consumed on a failure, which is itself an assumption nobody has stated outright. More than half the spend is the last step.
What is the Prismatic Stone for? Unconfirmed as of late September 2026. You receive 10 after 30 total enhances, the tooltip calls it a rare enhancement material, and three sources agree nobody has found what it does. Do not spend Robux expecting an answer.
